I like that the bubble bath is just beside the main pool. I also like that there is a waterfall and area to sit inside the pool. Both can be so relaxing as it can give massages. And that there is a wellness part with a disconted price for the hotel guests.

Lovely spacious room with decent size Fridge & bathrobe. Liked having a balcony for fresh air to sleep with the door open! The Jacquzzi & 2 showers with the sunshower panel was great. Lots of towels in the room too.

The bedroom was amazing! loved the bath's window open to the bed (with option to close). Breakfast is always delicious and the pool relaxing. Our view to the backyard was very nice as well.

Our daughter had to undergo surgery in Maastricht hospital. As we live far from Maastricht, we decided to stay in this hotel in Heerlen before and after. We had the some special requests upfront and during our stay. Thanks to front office worker Dariush our stay under these very special circumstances has been more than comfortable. We especially would like to thank him for his sincere commitment and helpfulness.

Large comfortable room, amazing shower, great facilities. Evening meal in restaurant was lovely, breakfast was excellent. Would definitely choose this hotel and use the hotel chain again.

The hotel is really nice, comfortable and stylish. The room was rather spacious for three of us. The view was to the park with some animals. Also we liked the pool area. Water is warm and pleasant. There is also jacuzzi and different bubbles spaces. Breakfast was full and tasty.

Convenient location just off the motorway. Good parking space, felt safe and secure. Beautiful hotel with very good restaurant. Friendly staff. Excellent room, spacious, comfortable, tea and coffee available in the room.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were pristine, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The sauna was well worth the price of admission and so was the breakfast: plenty of fresh, tasty options to choose from. Definitely if ever presented with the opportunity, I would book a stay in this hotel again.

Nice and warm pool, sauna also available, huge restaurant, bathtub and shower in the room, energy-saving cleaning schedule option, good food options for breakfast, beautiful area around for a walk, friendly for children.

Van der valk: Nice Christmas decorations. Good play area's for kids. Always available and clean. Room: Sunblinding curtains. Baby cot last minute available. Size of the room was big. Bed was super big. It was clean. Shower was big enough for all 3 of us to Shower together. Bathroom was big. Breakfast/ restaurant: Good food, nice atmosfeer, even with a lot of people a verry nice and not to laud experience. We had a christmas dinner with our family (12 people)
